The red wine Peique Mencía de Bodegas and Viñedos Peique, This red wine from the D.O presents us. Bierzo, created from grape varieties 100% Mencía.
Red wine without wood raising, fragrant, tasty and velvety.
Elaboration: Grapes macerate between 3 y 5 days at a temperature between 4 y 6ºC, while alcoholic fermentation lasts between 6 y 10 days. Below the wine has a breeding of 2 months in stainless steel deposits on fine years and other others remains 2 months in bottle before commercialization.
Recommended service temperature: Between 14 y 16ºC

How do we sell and ship to you??
We serve beef for domestic consumption throughout the national territory, by cold transport, vacuum packaging in the portions requested. A chest freezer is needed for preservation, although all packages arrive fresh., never frozen.
