Red wine without wood raising, fragrant, tasty and velvety.
Elaboration: Grapes macerate between 3 y 5 days at a temperature between 4 y 6ºC, while alcoholic fermentation lasts between 6 y 10 days. Below the wine has a breeding of 2 months in stainless steel deposits on fine years and other others remains 2 months in bottle before commercialization.
Recommended service temperature: Between 14 y 16ºC
